7MW biomass boiler plant in Poland

Basic and detailed engineering stages are underway for our new project with turn-key supply of 7MW thermal capacity biomass boiler plant for the industrial client in Poland.
Boiler house should be commissioned and set for commercial operation till the end of 2023.

System is designed for overheated water with max allowed operating temperature of 165C. As fuel, wood biomass is foreseen in the form of unsorted woodchips with a content of chips, bark and dust (average structure ca. 60/40 softwood/hardwood). Chipped waste and sawdust from production lines (wet), small amounts of shredded dry waste. Fuel moister: 30%-65%

FERGY AS scope of supply includes design, manufacturing and delivery of the main technological equipment:

♨ moving grate combustion with nominal capacity of 9MW
♨ hydraulic fuel feeder with shutter
♨ 3-pass vertical fire tube boiler with nominal capacity of 7MW
♨ 2-pass dry eco with integrated by-pass

as well as all side equipment, structures and services:

♨ redundant walking floor with hydraulic system
♨ redundant fuel handling chain conveyors
♨ wet ash discharge system
♨ flue gas treatment (MC and ESP), etc.)
♨ servicing platforms and ducting

♨ automation, supervision, training and start-up are included as well.
