FERGY Expands Its Service Scope

From Feasibility to Start-Up
Since the beginning of 2026, FERGY has provided an expanded and fully integrated service scope for industrial and energy projects - from the initial feasibility assessment and concept development through detailed engineering, manufacturing and delivery, to commissioning, performance testing and personnel training.
The objective of this approach is to provide clients with one accountable engineering partner throughout the entire project lifecycle. By coordinating the key technical disciplines within one team, FERGY helps reduce interface risks, improve communication and maintain better control over project costs, schedules and final plant performance.
Our service scope includes:
• fuel analysis and heat or steam demand assessment,
• techno-economic studies and technology selection,
• mass and energy balances, P&IDs and plant layout,
• mechanical, civil, electrical and I&C engineering,
• 3D modelling, SCADA integration and automation logic,
• manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, transport and site supervision,
• cold and hot commissioning, performance testing, personnel training and final handover.
FERGY’s services can be delivered either as a complete integrated package or as individual project modules, depending on the client’s needs and the current stage of project development.
A client may engage FERGY for the complete project lifecycle or for a clearly defined task, such as a detailed feasibility study, an independent review and comparison of alternative technical solutions, or market research and evaluation of potential technology and equipment suppliers.
A detailed feasibility assignment may include:
• verification of the project’s technical and commercial assumptions,
• review and comparison of available technology concepts,
• preliminary equipment sizing and plant configuration,
• CAPEX and OPEX assessment,
• identification and evaluation of potential suppliers,
• comparison of technical offers, scopes of supply and battery limits,
• assessment of implementation risks, project schedules and expected performance,
• preparation of a clear technical basis for the client’s investment decision.
The process begins with a clear understanding of the client’s operational requirements, available fuels, required capacity, site conditions and project constraints. Based on this information, FERGY develops a technically sound and commercially viable solution adapted to the specific industrial process or energy application.
This flexible delivery model allows industrial and energy companies to obtain precisely the level of support they require - from an independent study or engineering review to complete turnkey project delivery, commissioning and stable plant operation.
FERGY - from feasibility to start-up, with one accountable team throughout the project.
