Modern and compact biomass boilerhouse for district heating. KOMFORTS GROUP JSC have manufactured and supplied full set of technological equipment including horizontal fire-tube hot water boiler integrated into combustion with angular moving grates.

Grate frame, fixed grates as well as walls of the combustion are water-cooled. System is designed to be fired with woodchips up to 55% of moisture content –and to beoperated up to 110℃ / 6 bar.

From the side equipment our scope included walking floor (with anchor blocks and hydraulics), fuel handling equipment, fuel feeder, ash removal and handling equipment, primary flue gas treatment, air vents&blowers as well as erection of the equipment.
